''Bossiaea bracteosa'', commonly known as mountain leafless bossiaea, is a species of flowering plant in the pea family, Fabaceae. It is endemic to Victoria, Australia, where it occurs in snowgum woodland. It has broad, flat leafless branches and grows to between 0.7 and 2 metres in height. Flowers appear between November and December in its native range. The seed pods are around 2.3 to 3.2 cm long and up to 1 cm wide. These are reddish-brown at maturity.
